Recently I had the opportunity to interview Craig Elias, the author of Shift which is on Shift Selling  and harvesting Trigger Events in Sales. We spend just over an hour in the interview and Craig went over numerous sales and marketing related topics, including a Sales Prospecting Process, which is covered in this segment of the interview.
